Leading Irish print and digital publications business has a contract vacancy for an experienced HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) / Senior HR Generalist ?for a 1 yr contract role.
?
This role will focus on a number of strategic and operational business challenges which have significant 'people' dimensions.
?
In addition to functioning at a strategic level, the successful individual will need to be hands-on in terms of general day-to-day operations of the HR function.
?
The individual in this role will carry out responsibilities across organisational development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training & development, benefits & compensation and organisational development.
?
A broad range of experience of HR generalist activities; including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, employee engagement and projects is crucial for this role.
?
